Students wishing to receive a certificate should complete and email the Certificate Request Form below.
If your home institution has a prescribed form, please submit this Form together with the prescribed form.

  Approximately five working days
• Pick up at:
  International Student Affairs Division
  Ground Floor, IC Hall, Suita Campus
  (Receipt at the counter only, not by post or email)
