    NATURE WALK (B.S.P.Suita, OUISA)
    Sep. 25 (Sun.), 2022, 2:00 p.m. -, “NATURE WALK-Nunobiki herb garden and Nunobiki waterfall -” was held by B.S.P. Suita and OUISA. The participants were sixteen international students and seven local students. They enjoyed early autumn and the beautiful nature with new and old friends.

    B.S.P.Team Building Event (B.S.P. Suita・Toyonaka・Suita)

    September 13th (Tue.), 2022, 13:30- B.S.P. Team Building Event was held by Suita, Toyonaka, and Minoh B.S.P. at C106, CELAS, Toyonaka campus. The number of participants was 3 international students and 13 local students. They enjoyed playing rock-paper-scissors train game, drawing game, quiz and so on in group competition. It was a great opportunity for their team building.

    August 30th (Tue.), 2022, 14:00- “Japanese Café-Special version-~” was held by B.S.P.Toyonaka at Toyonaka Branch. The number of participants was 3 international students and 8 local students. They enjoyed interacting with each other while making a wind chime and playing card games. They had a great time together.

    August 22nd (Mon.), 2022, 18:00-, “Night Walk Minoh Waterfall” was held by B.S.P.Toyonaka. The number of participants was 7 international students and 5 local students. They enjoyed interacting through an off-campus summer event, while watching the illumination of Minoh Waterfall.

    In August 1st (Mon.), 18:30-, on the 5th floor of “Research and Education Hub”,” Farewell Party” was held by B.S.P. Minoh. The number of participants was 19 international students and 23 local students . Through games performed by international and local students, enjoying communication among students, a warm and peaceful Farewell Party was held.

    In July 28th (Thu.), 12:30-, on the 5th floor of “Research and Education Hub”, “English Cafe” was held by B.S.P. Minoh. The number of participants was 7 international students and 17 local students. The participants were divided into 4 groups and enjoyed English conversations. It was a useful time among international students, local students who learn English and native English speaking students.

    CITY WALK (OUISA,BSP Suita)
    Jul. 24 (Sun.), 2022, 2:30 p.m. -, “CITY WALK-Osaka Museum of Housing and Living+Tenjinbashisuji shopping street-” was held by OUISA and B.S.P. Suita. The participants were seventeen international students and six local students. They discovered the history of Osaka and enjoyed walking. Fortunately, they also had a chance to enjoy a part of the Tenjin festival at the Osaka Tenmangu shrine. There were gorgeous floats, portable shrines, and many people wearing yukatas, giving them a chance to taste the summer festival atmosphere.

    In July 22nd (Fri.), 12:30-, on the 5th floor of “Research and Education Hub”, “Korean Cafe” was held by B.S.P. Minoh. The number of participants was 12 international students and 2 local students. The participants were divided into groups according to the level and enjoyed Korean conversations. It was a useful time for everyone, including local students who learn Korean and native Korean speaking students.

    OUISA Hour ~INDONESIA~ (OUISA)

    July. 22nd (Fri), 2022, 12:10- "OUISA Hour ~Indonesia~" was held in a hybrid format at IRIS by OUISA. The participants were 13 international students offline, and one local student online.
    ISNAINI RODHIATUL, an international student in the Graduate School of Engineering, introduced Indonesia, the country of her origin. She talked about a wide range of contents, from history, culture, to daily life, followed by a lively Q&A session.

The number of participants was 7 international students and 15 local students. Even participants who have no prior experience of learning German were able to have a good time of exchange through thoughtful explanation by native German speaking students.

    July 12th (Tue.), 2022, 12:15- “Apple Pie Making” was held by B.S.P.Toyonaka at Toyonaka Branch. The number of participants was 2 international students and 6 local students. They were divided into groups and enjoyed making apple pies. The baking time was also a good time for some first participants and other students to talk to each other. Students brought apple pies home to enjoy later.

    Tanabata WEEK -The Star Festival WEEK- (B.S.P. Toyonaka)

    July 6th (Wed.) ~July 8th (Fri.), 2022, Tanabata WEEK” was held by B.S.P.Toyonaka at Toyonaka Branch. The number of participants was 21 international students and 32 local students, in total. They enjoyed writing their wishes on Tanzakus while talking to each other. Also, B.S.P. members showed them how to make Tanabata ornaments so that they could hang them on bamboo branches. The event was a great time for participants.

    In July 7th (Thu.), 12:30 p.m. -, on the 5th floor of Research and Education Hub “RASHOMON READING CLUB ” was held by B.S.P. Minoh. The number of participants was 4 international students and 4 local students. The participants read RASHOMON in Japanese and English, and exchanged their opinions and enjoyed a good time of culture exchange through reading Japanese literature on the day of the Star Festival.

    Tanabata party (B.S.P. Suita)

    Jul.5th (Tue), 2022, 16:50- "Tanabata party" was held at IRIS by B.S.P. Suita. The number of participants was 19 international students and 5 local students. Participants wrote their wishes on tanzaku strips in Japanese and their native languages, and the bamboo branches were decorated with tanzaku strips in various languages. Participants also made origami sumo wrestlers and participated in a paper sumo tournament.

    Held a sharing session with the Project HELP! Mentors.
    Project HELP! staff are very grateful to know that the mentors (foreign students at Osaka University) are thinking a lot about helping their mentees(Osaka University students) improve their English.

The participants talked in Korean about various themes. They all had a warm and peaceful time together.

    June 30th (Thu.), 2022, 12:15- “Online Quiz Competition” was held by B.S.P. Toyonaka via online. The number of participants was 5 people. The event consisted of various quizzes about prefecture names in Japan and Japanese languages, providing a great opportunity to interact with each other while learning Japanese.
