"Project HELP!" (Harmonized English Learning Program)

"Project HELP!" is run by CIEE at Osaka University with a support from the British Council Japan and Eiken Foundation of Japan in order to promote internationalization at Osaka University. The project brings together "mentees," or Osaka University students who would like to improve their English skills in preparation for studying abroad, and "mentors" (mainly international students at Osaka University, whose native language is not limited to English) who are willing to support mentors. Mentoring sessions will be held eight times (90 minutes per session) over a period of approximately three months, with the goal of achieving the necessary English proficiency (IELTS 6.0) to study abroad.
