July 5^th (Wed.) ～July 7^th (Fri.), 2023, “Tanabata WEEK” was held by B.S.P.Toyonaka at Toyonaka Branch. The number of participants was 49 international students and 34 local students, in total. B.S.P. members told them what Tanabata is, how to write wishes on Tanzaku (colorful strips of paper), and then they really enjoyed making Tanabata ornaments to hang them on bamboo branches. The event was a great opportunity to experience Japanese traditional culture.
