January 6^th (Mon.) ～9^th (Thu.), “New Year Event Week ～Karuta Event, Kakizome (Japanese Callirgaphy), Japanese Café, Ozoni Event～” was held by B.S.P.Toyonaka at Toyonaka Branch. The number of participants was 37 international students and 22 local students, in total. At the beginning, B.S.P. member explained how to write Japanese calligraphy, and then participants enjoyed writing their favorite words in Kakizome Event. In Ozoni Event, participants had a great time while eating Ozoni with white miso soup prepared by B.S.P. member. They got to interact with topics such as New Year’s Day, New Year’s dish and so on in Japanese Café.
