On December 20th, 2024, at 12:15 PM, B.S.P. Suita hosted a "Handmade Udon Noodle Making Event" at IRIS.

14 international students and 5 local students participated, dividing into two groups to enjoy making their own original udon noodles using ingredients like flour, water, and salt.

Many participants were making udon noodles for the first time, and each of them put their creativity into kneading, rolling, and cutting the dough to complete their noodles.

The delicious aroma of freshly cooked udon filled IRIS, and everyone enjoyed eating the noodles together, creating a wonderful opportunity to deepen connections.
