Chocolate Salami Making (OUISA)
On Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 4:30 p.m., OUISA held a “Chocolate Salami Making” event, which was attended by 17 international students and 6 local students.
Chocolate salami is an Italian chocolate confection that looks like a salami sausage. Participants worked together by dividing roles, melting the chocolate, and mixing it with other ingredients such as eggs, butter, and cookies. They then shaped the mixture into a log and chilled it. While waiting for the chocolate to set, everyone enjoyed chatting together and deepening their interaction.
When the chocolate had hardened, participants cut it into slices with a bit of nervousness, and it was impressive to see everyone happily enjoying the chocolate together.
