July.13th (Thu), 2023, 12:15- "Akashiyaki Making party" was held at IRIS by B.S.P. Suita. Akashiyaki is an egg dish originating from Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, and is made of egg dough and filled with octopus.
The number of participants was 5 international students and 10 local students. Most students made Akashiyaki for the first time, so they enjoyed it very much, taking pictures with Akashiyaki, and talking to each other.
