Cource Objective
   The cell is the unit of organism. For the study of either animals, plants or microbes, the understanding of the cell's constructing molecules, structures and functions is essential. This class is given as an introductory course for the students who intend to study biology further.

Requirement / Prerequisite
   Highschool-level knowledges in science are required, including mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology.

Course Content
   Gene expression, Genome and genomic analysis, Cell compartments, Cell's inner skeleton, Cell division, Development.

Class Plan
   This class is given jointly with the "Cell Biology A" for the 2nd year students of the School of Science
