Cource Objective

Course Content
   In this course, you will start by learning how Internet technology influenced the second language learning/teaching pedagogy. After that you will learn your L2 (second language) or target language (the language that they intend to learn) in various online recources. In this course, focus will be put on popular music and popular culture in second language education. You are supposed to be devided into groups and discuss on given topics on your L2 learning and make a 10 minute presentation in turn. This course is for students whose L2/target language is Japanese or English.

   Presentations (group presentation, solo presentation) 35%
   Tasks during class: group discussion, pair talk, written tasks etc. 25%
